San Francisco Group Flight Details
 

ESA has arranged an OPTIONAL group flight round trip between San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Paris' Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). Seats are limited; apply early to guarantee you can travel with us to Paris.

  • Airline: Condor airlines is a German budget-airline

  • Seats & Luggage: Your ticket includes

    • 1 seat in economy

    • 1 checked bag 50lbs. Additional bags or weight will cost extra.

    • 1 personal item

    • Meals and beverages on flight.

  • Included with ESA Group Flight:  You'll be met at the airport by ESA staff and travel in comfort between the airport and your Paris dorm. No need to take a shuttle or pay a taxi which typically costs 65€ each way.

    • Departs 4:30pm on Tuesday, 6/30; arrives at 12:40pm on Wednesday, July 1.

  • FRA to CDG

    • Condor Flight 4215 from FRA to Paris (CDG)

    • Departs 2:30pm; arrives at 3:50pm.

  • FRA to SFO

Group Flight Registration,  Payment & Policies
 

Group Flight Deposit & Balance Due Dates

  • Group Flight Deposit Deadline: February 15, 2026

  • Group Flight Balance Deadline:  April 1, 2026.

After you have paid your ESA Program Fee deposit, you will be sent a link to the online sign up form for the group flight if you have indicated interest. Once you have completed the online form, you'll be sent an invoice for your $400 Group Flight Deposit which can be paid via check, Bill Pay, money order or credit card. Payment of this deposit reserves your seat on the plane. 

 

You can receive a 3% discount on the group flight if you pay your group flight deposit and/or balance via check, Bill Bay or money order.

Group Flight Policies

  • You must take the flights on the fixed group dates and times; no deviations are allowed.

  • If you fail to show up for a flight, you forfeit the ticket and further flights on the ticket, and must buy another ticket to reach your destination. No refunds given for missed flights.

  • There is a $300 fee for name changes or corrections. Your name on your ticket must match the name on your passport.

  • If you change your mind about the group flight before February 15, you will be refunded your $400 deposit. After this, you forfeit this deposit unless ESA is able to find another passenger to replace you on the group flight. 

  • ESA is not responsible for any trip delays or delayed/lost baggage on the group flights.

  • Once Condor has issued the tickets, they are non-refundable.
